Illustrative sample row
The in-page worksheet includes an illustrative sample entry. Replace it with approved local data; it is not a customer outcome. The downloadable CSV is blank apart from its headers.
Define the requirement
Name the course, applicable role or site, owner and client-approved pass criterion. Do not infer a universal threshold or external credential requirement.
Record attempt details
Capture assignment date, attempt, result and the source record. Keep personal or sensitive material in the approved system with role-based access.
Review outcomes
Route failed, incomplete or disputed attempts to the training owner for clarification or retraining. A score alone does not validate a legal or professional qualification.
Apply configured eligibility
Use the client-configured workflow to determine whether completion affects activation or scheduling eligibility, and record who reviewed exceptions.
Hirebase for your operation
Make the workflow fit your business.
Connect workforce workflows with organization-wide licensing, configurable operating rules and customer-controlled Azure deployment. Bring your site requirements, worker journey and integration needs to an implementation conversation.
