Suggested worksheet
Fields and illustrative entries
These entries illustrate how to use the worksheet. The downloadable CSV provides blank fields for your organization; it is a planning tool rather than a product export or a customer record.
| worker_id | site | role | onboarding_step | owner | status | due_date | evidence_reference | blocker_or_follow_up |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Example only | North Yard | Stock associate | Orientation acknowledgement | HR coordinator | Pending | 2026-10-05 | Example reference only | Replace with approved worker record |
Illustrative sample row
The in-page worksheet includes an illustrative sample entry. Replace it with approved local data; it is not a customer outcome. The downloadable CSV is blank apart from its headers.
Define the worker journey
List the onboarding steps required for this role and site, with owners and expected sequence. Confirm which steps are actually configured for the client.
Track completion evidence
Record status and a secure evidence reference rather than copying sensitive document contents into a general roster. Completion records do not independently establish legal eligibility.
Route exceptions
Assign missing, rejected or unclear items to a named owner and document the next action and due date. Do not mark a worker ready based on an assumption.
Confirm activation handoff
The designated owner reviews readiness against configured activation requirements and records the decision. Hirebase workflows may connect selected onboarding and training requirements to activation.
Hirebase for your operation
Make the workflow fit your business.
Connect workforce workflows with organization-wide licensing, configurable operating rules and customer-controlled Azure deployment. Bring your site requirements, worker journey and integration needs to an implementation conversation.
