Hirebase is a single, unified system of record for hourly workforce operations. It unites onboarding, a configurable training gate that can block activation until required courses are passed, scheduling, geofenced attendance, wage calculation, and exit workflows, replacing scattered, disconnected tools with one system.
Hourly, field-based work runs on dynamic shift schedules, compliance checkpoints that gate real-time activity, and a workforce constantly in motion between locations and roles. Traditional HR systems are built for desk-based, salaried employment, forcing operators to bend static software to fit fluid workflows. Hirebase is built differently, from the ground up, for the pace and complexity of field operations.
Single-tenant and client-owned, by design.
Every Hirebase deployment runs single-tenant, inside the client's own Azure tenancy—their subscription, their infrastructure. There is no shared multi-tenant database and no cross-tenant leakage surface. The compliance posture a client already audits in their own Azure environment carries straight through to the platform running on it.
The same architecture makes per-client customization real rather than theoretical. Because each deployment is its own environment, it is configured, branded, and workflow-tuned to how a specific operator runs—not bent to fit a one-size instance shared across every customer on the platform. Onboarding sequences, document sets, activation rules, and reporting are built around each client's real process, not a generic default they adapt to.
That same architecture is why Hirebase deploys wherever an operation runs, not just where it happens to run today. The platform manages the full operational layer—attendance, scheduling, training, onboarding, compliance documentation, and identity verification—as one system, deployed into a client's own Azure tenancy in any Azure region. Payroll is calculated from that verified attendance data and handed to whichever payroll processor the client already runs, rather than disbursed or filed by the platform itself. Every Hirebase deployment today operates in North America; the architecture underneath it is not regional.

TK Technico FZCO builds and supports Hirebase from two company offices, in Dubai and Pune, where engineering and operations teams design, implement, and run every client's deployment. These are Hirebase's own offices, not client sites—each client's platform is deployed into that client's own infrastructure, wherever their operation is.
