Fields and illustrative entries
These entries illustrate how to use the worksheet. The downloadable CSV provides blank fields for your organization; it is a planning tool rather than a product export or a customer record.

Illustrative sample row
The in-page worksheet includes an illustrative sample entry. Replace it with approved local data; it is not a customer outcome. The downloadable CSV is blank apart from its headers.
Set the planning boundary
List each site and date range, identify the roster owner, and define whether the sheet covers a single shift, week or planning cycle. Use a consistent site and job vocabulary.
Assign against demand
Record the role, planned start and end, worker identifier and supervisor. Compare planned headcount with expected workload, required skills and any locally approved rest or availability rules.
Resolve conflicts before release
Flag overlaps, missing assignments, unfilled roles and changes after approval. A spreadsheet is a planning aid; confirm the configured Hirebase schedule workflow and publish step for the deployment.
Review and hand off
Have the site lead review the final roster, retain the approved version and communicate changes through the agreed channel. Compare planned coverage with attendance after the shift without treating the plan as proof of work.
Hirebase for your operation
Make the workflow fit your business.
Connect workforce workflows with organization-wide licensing, configurable operating rules and customer-controlled Azure deployment. Bring your site requirements, worker journey and integration needs to an implementation conversation.
